Wave Skating - Initiation 11

This segment’s fundamental skating skills:
1) knee touches,
2) belly slides,
3) jumps, &
4) horse and buggy with some mild resistance (pulling a teammate on their knees with a stick in each hand).
 
ProTip: Have your more advanced skaters belly slide and roll, which will make the return to their feet much more challenging.
